I had the pleasure of helping these clients purchase their very first home, and just a few years later, their growing needs led them to search for more space and more land. When it came time to sell their home and move on to their next chapter, we carefully prepared the home for the market. Just as we launched the listing, a huge snowstorm rolled through the area—completely changing the exterior appearance overnight! We even had to bring the photographer back out to retake the photos once the weather cleared. Despite the unexpected challenge, the home showed beautifully and the sale was a great success.
