- Guided, careful analysis of the market area, pace and options;
- Action plan to make offers when the right house comes on the market.
We made two offer that they “would be comfortable with at the offered price point.” However, given the competitive market, they would not be the winning offers. But then…

While viewing this property we had an overlapping showing to which the buyer’s reaction was “Get out of MY house!” It was time to not only make the business decision but also the emotional decision to win the deal with multiple competitors.
