We toured several condos and when this property hit the market – it checked all the boxes. It was new construction, close to metro, 3 blocks to the water and 6 blocks to Old Town.
Working with a standard pro-builder, new construction contract, we were able to ratify and negotiate home inspection and financing contingencies as well as seller incentives. The agent on the builder side was great to work with and very accommodating. Our buyer loves both his new home and the great location.
