Congratulations to this very special buyer! I helped this buyer purchase their condo 14 years ago and we stayed in touch. In October he reached out again ready to move up to a larger townhouse that was situated in nature. He wanted to use the proceeds from the sale of the property to purchase this new property so we would have to have a Sale of Home Contingency. In November he did all the preparation items to the condominium, we shot the photos and the video so we were ready to launch the second we identified his next home of choice.
