Tracey’s performance was outstanding; she went above and beyond for us. This shows in the results; our townhome sold faster than any of the comps during our timeframe. It also sold at a higher price. This is due to Tracey’s expertise particularly with staging and photography. Tracey really understood our constraints as well; we have two small children, two dogs, and two demanding careers. There was not a lot of time to engage in extensive staging or home improvements. Tracey helped us prioritize what improvements sell against those that do not.
As far as the purchase of our new home, we nearly got into a bidding war, but Tracey’s constant communication with the seller’s agent ultimately got us a fabulous home in a beautiful neighborhood we were not even considering. When we were touring homes, Tracey noticed patterns of our likes/dislikes better than we did sometimes.
