Ingrid and one of her “Besties” hopped the Amtrak Burke Center to New York earlier this month and she shared her trip with FOCUS on NoVA Real Estate here. You too can do this for a quick weekend get away at the holidays or any time of the year.
Ingrid’s trip began on a serious note by heading to the World Trade Center Ground Zero to commemorate the events that occurred on September 11, 2001. In her words “it is sobering” to visit and is a must do to remind ourselves how strong America is and to pay tribute to those who sacrificed their lives in an event of heroism.
St. Paul’s Chapel stands next to Ground Zero and sustained no damage from the attacks. What a miracle!
Following the visit to the memorial they did one of New York’s most famous events and enjoyed the Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall.
