STEP ONE: Choosing Your Team

You are not alone. We are here to help you and that involves a team that will be there to guide you through the process of buying a home. It is imperative for you to ask the right questions to make sure your team is a good fit for you. We introduce you to the needed players when buying a home: your real estate agent, lender, title company, insurance provider and more.

STEP TWO: Finding a Home

After working with your lender to get pre-approved, we discuss with you your wants, needs and desires for a new home and work tirelessly to find the best fit possible. Touring homes goes beyond a walk-through of the property, we point out benefits and possible issues that need further consideration.

STEP THREE: Writing and Ratifying an Offer

All offers are not equal. We will help you prepare so that sellers perceive you as the preferred buyer. We analyze other comparable properties that have recently sold in the neighborhood and take a look at the latest regional and local market trends to make sure we put in a fair and valid offer. We also do our due diligence by finding out what a seller is looking to get from the transaction so we can tailor an offer to make it stand out above the rest.

As we enter negotiations, your interests are top of mind as we work towards ratification.

STEP FOUR: Working Through Inspections and Getting to Closing

Once a contract is ratified, the inspections are on a strict schedule. Staying on top of these deadlines is our job and we keep you informed and educated on the myriad of details for each step. We attend all inspections with you and bring in expert contractors if needed. We also keep on top of any paperwork that is going through the process and check in with your lender and title company to make sure everyone is on track for a smooth closing.
