Latoria is a Southern Virginia native and has lived in Northern Virginia for the past 14 years. She is a naturally hospitable person who loves building relationships and has a very nurturing soul. Latoria has a M.S. degree in Health Services Administration and a B.S. degree in Recreation and Tourism Studies with emphasis in Recreation Therapy.
