Ingrid is a local, Northern Virginia legend in real estate. With more than 40-years of real estate practice, she lived and experienced the growth and development of Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William Counties. The depth of her knowledge and experience is incomparable and an amazing asset for both her buyer and seller clients. Highly decorated throughout her career, Ingrid is a life-time NVAR Top Producer, Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club member, 1st in Service Nationally, top 1% of ERA National, and more top accolades. In 2011 she invited her daughter-in-law, Tracey Barrett, to join her in business and together they founded and grew the FOCUS on NoVA Real EstateⓇ Team.
Ingrid excels in working with first-time home buyers taking care to educate them on the basics of buying and helping them make informed decisions every step of the way. She is direct and honest, compassionate and has a fantastic time full of laughs along the way.

Originally from Stuttgart, Germany, Ingrid and her family came to the US when she was 13. Ingrid attended Madison High School in Vienna and married her high-school sweetheart. She currently lives in Fairfax Station. Ingrid enjoys volunteering at Inova Thrift and Consignment and with her church. She works out almost everyday, is a runner and completed the Richmond ½-Marathon for her 70th-birthday. She loves to travel the world and spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
