  1. Del Ray Artisans’ Holiday Market
    Get ready for the gift-giving season with Del Ray Artisans’ 25th Annual Fine Art & Fine Craft Holiday Market. The three-weekend market will feature a variety of handmade creations, including paper crafts, ceramics and paintings. Artists being showcased will switch each weekend.

  2. Virtual McLean Holiday Art & Crafts Festival
    Do some virtual shopping while supporting local artists at the Virtual McLean Holiday Art & Crafts Festival. For almost 40 years, this festival has showcased crafts, pottery, jewelry and holiday decorations from around the region. With this year’s festival going virtual, viewers will be able to get a behind-the-scenes view of how the artists created their work and much more.

  4. Wolf Trap Holiday Sing-A-Long From Home
    Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts is pleased to continue the longstanding community tradition of the Holiday Sing-A-Long, this year with a virtual twist! Traditionally, this event combined a festive instrumental performance by “The President’s Own” United States Marine Band (USMB) and a sing-a-long of traditional holiday carols led by more than 500 local singers.

This virtual holiday performance showcases Step Afrika!’s moves along with Popper the Penguin and the polar bear twins, Pinky and Polo, for a fun, family-friendly celebration.

  7. Volunteer at Wreaths Across America
    Celebrate the holidays by honoring those who fought for our country. Volunteer with Wreaths Across America at Arlington National Cemetery and help lay over 250,000 wreaths on the graves of veterans. Those unable to participate can also sponsor a wreath for the event.

  8. Go Skating at an Outdoor Skating Rink
    Take the kids to Reston Town Center and enjoy an afternoon of skating at the outdoor rink.  And when everyone gets tired the family can relax on a mini train ride through the streets of Reston Town Center.

  9. Lost Creek Winery Christmas Eve Tasting Menu and Wine Pairing
    Lost Creek Winery will hold its for its Annual Christmas Eve Tasting Menu & Wine Pairing. This special meal will feature five courses paired perfectly with Lost Creek’s own wines. Celebrate the holiday and support a local business.

  10. Potomac Point Winery’s New Year’s Eve Dinner
