Barry’s Boot Camp
Barry’s is providing a free 20-minute versions of Barry’s Bootcamp’s signature cardio and strength-training classes on Instagram. The studio is posting three workouts a day, which will be announced the day before through

Rumble
Free boxing-inspired fitness classes on Instagram each morning. Turn on post notifications for so you’ll get an alert when the classes are about to go live (generally at 8 a.m. ET).

 

The American Red Cross is facing a major blood shortage and is in desperate need of donations. If you’re healthy and able, consider donating your blood. Red Cross officials say that donating blood remains safe.

FitOn
This fitness app always has free workouts.  Classes include cardio, strength, HIIT, dance and Pilates classes, plus sessions tailored to prenatal and postnatal workouts.

Corepower Yoga
The yoga studio chain is giving everyone free access to a collection of online classes while its 200 locations are closed. Powercore Yoga On Demand will also post new classes online each week, including meditation sessions to clear your head.

Nike Training Club
Nike has waived its monthly fee for its premium service indefinitely. Now, downloading the app grants people access to more than 185 free workouts (yoga, cardio and more) which last from 15 to 45 minutes, as well as targeted running training programs, nutrition and wellness guidance.

While trying to keep the kids entertained and home-schooled – there are a lot of websites that offer both educational and fun websites for students.

Funology
A great website that offers science experiments, games, jokes, arts and crafts and more.

Lunch Doodles with Mo Willems
Beloved artist, Mo Willems, is doing lunch doodles.  HE will release a new “Lunch Doodle” video each weekday at 1 PM.
Willems is encouraging students to send him questions at LUNCHDOODLES@kennedy-center.org, and he’ll try to answer some of the
questions in his videos.

Explore.org – A really cool website that hosts live cams of wildlife all around the world.  You can watch Watch live video of elephants, hippos, lions, monkeys and other animals you would see on an African Safari with the African Animals cam in Kenya.

Sciencenetlinks
Science NetLinks is  great online science website.  Students can access science experiments, lessons, interactive news and more.

Scale of the Universe
The Scale of The Universe is a website that  shows everything from the smallest to largest things in our universe.

The National Cherry Blossom Festival
You can’t catch the annual blossoms in person this year, but you can watch the whole festival virtually, which is going on until April 12.

In depth website with electronic map wall that shows Meteorological data that Meteorologists used to forecast the weather.  Students can watch the PSU meteorological tv channel, weather warnings across the United States and much more.

Capital Weather Gang Weather School
The local weather group are doing weather video lessons on a variety of topics including hurricanes, weather beyond earth, clouds, the power of lightning and many more.

Google Arts and Culture Tours
Features content from over 2,000 leading museums and archives allowing you to take virtual tours of several world museums and exhibits from the comfort of your home.

Doug Kammerer Weather 101
Local nC4 meteorologist, Doug Kammerer, does a series of weather lessons on a variety of topics including the weather center, thunderstorms, vernal equinox and more.

Mason Arts at Home
GMU’s Center for the Arts will begin livestreams and recorded shows from guest artists, talented alumni, students and faculty.
