The Auld Shebeen, in the heart of Fairfax City, will be hosting the ultimate St. Patrick’s Day celebration. There will be Irish music from 11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. in the main pub as well as Irish dancers, traditional Irish food and a variety of libations including Guinness stout.
Make plans to watch to the 39th Annual Alexandria St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Old Town Alexandria on March 7, 2020. Join parade grand marshal, John Brennan, in the wearing of the green. The parade steps of at 12:30 with Irish step dancers, several pipe bands, music performers and community groups.
The third event is the Lucky Leprauchan 5K at Reston Center on March 15, 2020 . It is an all ages road race and a great way to get in your exercise for the day. Race starts at 8:00 AM sharp. Run fist and celebrate after.
