Tracey is an Associate Broker at Century 21 Redwood and team leader of the FOCUS on NoVA Real Estate® Team. Her clients characterize her as a “force of nature,” an “advocate,” and a “trusted resource.” Her goal for each client is to customize their home selling or buying experience through objective communication, empathy, and a bit of fun. She is a Top-Producing, award-winning Realtor® recognized in Washingtonian Magazine, Northern Virginia Magazine, Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, and CENTURY 21. She is a multi-year recipient of the honorable CENTURY 21 President’s Producer Award – Quality Service Pinnacle Status.

- Down-sizing and Right-sizing: Develop a customized plan to assist clients transition from one property to the next in the most efficient and cost-effective means possible while recognizing the highest return on their property investment.
- First-Time Home Buyers: Educate buyers on the importance of selecting their real estate team so they make informed decisions throughout the road to home ownership.
- Estates: Collaborating with the Family and their Financial and Legal professionals to recognize the best return on investment for the estate.
- Divorce: Protect Credit, Preserve Home Ownership Eligibility, and make Informed Decisions in “The Best Interest of the House™.” Tracey holds the Real Estate Collaboration Specialist – Divorce (RSC-D™) Designation.
Tracey is a rare “local,” born and raised in Fairfax, graduating from Woodson High School. She earned a degree in Biology from Mary Washington College and a BS in Nursing from George Mason University. Prior to real estate, Tracey conducted clinical research trials in Infectious Diseases. She brings a disciplined clinical approach, coupled with individualized compassion, to her real estate practice. She currently lives in Fairfax with her husband, two sons, and dog (Sonny Jurgensen).
