When purchasing in Northern Virginia it is important that your agent understands the regional markets, county markets, and micro markets. We spent Day 1 exploring purchasing in Loudoun County, viewing new construction communities, recently built communities, and recently renovated properties. They visited an open house in Reston Town Center to explore the life-style and community there. For Day 2 we explored purchasing in Prince William County with the same criteria.
After careful consideration, a beautiful condominium with an active association located in the heart of the Reston Town Center fit the bill. There was main level living, plenty of room for grands to visit, access to restaurants and shopping, biking and walking on the W&OD Trail, easy access to the Silver Line Metro to DC, and right in between family households.
