Tuesday Tips: When Downsizing, do you sell AS-IS or Allow Negotiations?

As Is means that the property will be selling exactly as it is, with no repairs or improvements made by the seller. On the other hand, considering an offer with Negotiation allows for potential discussions and compromises with the buyer about the property condition, repairs or concessions.
Most of the time, allowing negotiations gives the seller more flexibility to a better deal. It allows the seller to potentially agree to repairs, allow for price adjustments, or even change terms to the offer.
Selling As-Is might lead to a faster sale, but it could mean a lower offer due to lack of negotiation.
